ΤΗΕ ΝΕW ΖΕΙSS LΕΝS-SΕΤ
Whoever desires to get unsurpassed results with his camera should realize that the lens is a decisive factor. The Carl Zeiss Optical Works, West Germany, computed this new lens-set especially for the 4×5 in. SUPER TECHNIKA: The 75 mm. (3 in.) f/4.5 Biogon, the 135 mm. (5¼ in.) f/3.5 Planar, the 150 mm. (6 in.) f/4.5 Tessar, and the 250 mm. (10 in.) f/5.6 Sonnar. The high refractory glass used in the production of these lenses made possible their new, more favourable computation which resulted in the fact that the active photographer may exceed the optical limits which up till now had been standard. The combination of colour and movement in wide-angle photography, for instance, is not longer a problem. Detailed information on the effectiveness and the peculiarities of this new Zeiss lens-set are given in the special Zeiss literature.
